The Palm Tree is a plant, used for increasing hospital attractiveness. It is only available via the Pebberley Island DLC.
Description[]
Appearance[]
The Palm Tree grows in a larger version of the same square plot that the other plants use, with a tapering trunk that is topped by several overlapping palm leaves. It is about the same height as a room, and has a footprint of about one blueprint square.
Function[]
A decorative item, the Palm Tree increases hospital attractiveness in a medium radius.
Maintenance[]
Unlike most plants, the Palm Tree requires no maintenance by a Janitor.

The Palm Tree can be placed in every room except Surgery, for reasons of sterility.
