Staff and visitors alike can use this item. Visitors will use this item in corridors, while staff will use this item inside rooms.
Pontians using the Giggle Pump will gain a 3% happiness boost and completely refill their boredom.
The Pontian also receives a new feeling for approximately one month or so; "The Giggles - A bit laughy after honking on a Giggle Pump". This will cause the Pontian to burst into fits of giggling occasionally.
Room
The Giggle Pump can be placed in any location, including all rooms and corridors.
