The SEGA Collection consists of three item packs, all themed around various other SEGA-published titles, as well as a new illness inspired by Valve's Half-Life series.
All this was part of the Version 1.13 update which launched during a big weekend event called 'Open Surgery'. These items are now automatically a part of the game and can be found under a new filter in the items menu labelled 'Special'.
Open Surgery
Two Point Hospital was made available to all Steam users to play for free, from 14th March until 5pm GMT on the 18th March. It was also the biggest sale on the game to date, at 33% off. To celebrate the occasion Two Point and SEGA put on an all-day stream.

Headcrabedness
