Office-Desk-Icon

The Office Desk is a required item for the GP's Office to function. It is used by a Doctor to diagnose a patient, and either send them to reatment, or another diagnosis room.

Description[]

Appearance[]

The desk itself is a simple affair, made from light-coloured wood and featuring one shallow drawer in the centre, two medium-sized draws on the left-hand side, and a deep draw on the right. On top can be found an all-in-one computer with wireless keyboard, a clipboard featuring a patient chart, a green pot containing two pencils and a pen, and a red desk lamp. Two identical office chairs, with metal frames and blue backs, seats and arm rests, are in place on either side of the desk for the doctor and patient.

Function[]

The Office Desk is required for the GP's Office to function. The Doctor and his or her patient will sit across the desk from one another during the consultation. Upon completion, the patient will, if it is not already complete, receive a boost to their total diagnosis and be directed to another diagnosis room. If they are diagnosed to a sufficient level as set on the Policy screen, the patient will be directed to the relevant treatment room.
