The Bulging Sack is a decorative entertainment item, used for increasing hospital attractiveness and Pointians' Happiness, and reducing patients' boredom. It was made available to all players on 18th December 2019, as part of the Christmas 2019 Items.

Appearance[]
A large canvas sack tied with yellow string full of boxed Christmas presents. Occasionally, when idle, an elf in a Santa hat will poke their head out of the sack.
Function[]
A decorative entertainment item, each interaction with the Bulging Sack will increase a Pointian's happiness by 40%, and reduce a patient's boredom by 20%. In addition, it features an unmarked effect of increasing hospital attractiveness in a small radius.
